New Talent Program

This industry needs to be better. Far too many aspiring actors experience predatory behavior and abuse when they’re new to the industry. We designed our New Talent program specifically to address this situation by helping newcomers break into adult entertainment safely and without an agent or prior experience. The program is open to anybody not already represented by an agent and who has not appeared on screen in a professionally produced adult scene* or major magazine pictorial. Independently producing your own content (e.g. OnlyFans or ManyVids) is not disqualifying.

If we select you to participate, we’ll provide you with the start of a professional portfolio, as well as a set of talent digitals and, optionally, an audition tape, all free of charge. The process is entirely risk free. Our contract only allows us to use the content for casting purposes. We can’t offer them for sale or display them to the public, and we’re obligated to destroy all of the files if you request it. This program is non-exclusive, so all the content is yours to keep at no cost to you. You may use it to find work with other producers or even publish the content on your OnlyFans or other similar page.

* For these purposes, a “professionally produced adult scene” is a scene where there were at least 2 crewmembers on set who did not appear on-camera, or that had a total budget in excess of $4,000.
